Alexander McQueen : a look in the backstage of the latest show + the news of The Hells Angels' case

Alexander McQueen's label was proving last month at the Paris FW that the designer's unique creative and innovative spirit goes on and beyond his tragic demise last February.
I caught a few images on Vogue's report of the backstage to show a closer look on the details.
Starting with the hair...The ones who, like me, came to the conclusion that carrying out successfully a hair brushing requires at least 3 arms (or way too much patience) I wouldn't bother to try this hairdo...

Between antique warriors and modern well-behaved girl, the 2 braids are definetely being recreated.

And a nude makeup to leave all protagonism to the couture...

The golden printed nails go perfectly well with the warm tones of his collection (and the golden shoes!)

Now moving on to the latest McQueen news that The Hells Angels Motorcycle Corporation are suing the British fashion house accusing them of misusing its trademark winged death heads symbol.

They named the £895 'Hells Angels' jacquard box dress, a £300 knuckle-duster ring in the complaint, as well as a scarf and a handbag (here below) from the late designer's final collection, created shortly before his suicide.

The complaint argues that the symbol has been used by the Hells Angels since at least 1948 and is protected by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. "From decades of notoriety, the HAMC marks have acquired very widespread public recognition, consequently they evoke strong and immediate reactions whenever used," it reads.

Fritz Clapp, an attorney for the Hells Angels, told the Financial Times that they want the mimicked symbols "out of the market, since they represent membership insignia, and anyone wearing them would be considered an imposter by club members."

... Oh yeah. Because nothing says "high fashion" like a Harley.
