These high heels (10 inch) which are part of a new art exhibit at the Tate Britain, are actually made of... elephant dung. Created by the UK artist Insa, they will be included in a larger exhibition of work with several artists inspired by the art of the dung-master Chris Ofili and his elephant dung art pieces from the nineties, The Holy Virgin Mary.
So McQueen and so Gaga!
